Will I be notified when the status of my lead changes?
At this time, no. To check on the status of your referrals, you will need to login to your account and visit the Referral Status page (must be logged in to view).
How long does it take for my commission check to be sent to me?
On average, from the time the new walk-in tub is installed and our process is finalized internally, it takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks for your check to arrive.
Am I limited to the number of referrals I can make into this program?
No! You can submit as many referrals as you would like.
Why is my referral not qualified?
There’s several reasons why your referral is listed as not qualified. A few examples of the most common reasons are:
  • Some (or all) of the contact information you submitted isn’t valid.
  • The referral is interested in a product which we don’t sell.
  • The referral’s information is already in our system.
If you don’t believe that the referral you submitted should be categorized as Not Qualified, please contact us and we will follow back up with you by phone or email.
Am I obligated to submit a certain number of referrals?
No, you can submit as few or as many as you’d like.
Once I’ve submitted a referral, is there anything I need to do after that?
No, there’s nothing you’re required to do after you’ve submitted a new referral. You do have the option though to get in touch with the person you referred to tell them more about Safe Step. You can show them our website - www.safesteptub.com, and many of the valuable resources we have on our website, including:
Am I eligible for a referral commission payment if I refer someone who buys a walk-in shower and not a walk-in tub?
At this time, no, but we’re in the process of evaluating this as an option in the future.
Can I submit a referral for a business?
Yes, we accept referrals for businesses too! There’s many types of businesses who have a need for walk-in tubs, including:
  • Hospitals
  • Nursing Homes
  • Etc.
